The Strategy and Planning Office is within the Office of the Executive Director. Its primary responsibilities are to coordinate agency planning and improve the FWC's internal processes. Examples of the Office's planning products include the Agency Strategic Plan, Long-Range Program Plan and Operational Plans. The director of the Strategy and Planning Office is Dave McElveen.
